A crankshaft pump is a positive displacement pump that converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion through a crank-connecting rod mechanism, widely used in agricultural spraying equipment. It relies on a crankshaft to drive a piston or plunger in reciprocating motion, thus achieving the process of liquid intake and discharge. Due to its stable structure and uniform pressure output, the crankshaft pump performs particularly well in high-pressure sprayers, capable of continuous operation for extended periods and adapting to complex field environments.

 

Every time I spray pesticides in the orchard, the most troublesome thing is dragging the long hose back and forth, my shoulders ache terribly, and my hands are incredibly sore. Until I used this high-pressure hose shoulder strap specifically designed for crankshaft pump sprayers, it felt like a completely new piece of equipment! The shoulder strap features a widened, high-elasticity webbing design that fits snugly against the shoulders, reducing the pulling burden by at least half.
