Pre-start Preparation:
Before starting, check all screws and nuts on the cleaning machine for looseness. Ensure the pump's eccentric shaft box is filled with 30# or 40# machine oil; check the oil level (just above the sight glass).
Inlet Hose Connection:
Attach the inlet hose to the pump's inlet connector, then attach the hose clamp and tighten the screws on the clamp to ensure a secure and airtight connection. Depending on the water source, connect the other end to a tap or place it in a water tank (the inlet must be completely submerged). A filter must be installed on the inlet hose to prevent impurities from damaging the high-pressure pump.
Outlet Hose Connection:
Connect the insertion end of the high-pressure hose to the quick-connect fitting on the machine's outlet; connect the other end to the threaded connector on the spray gun's trigger valve. Refer to the structural diagram for connection instructions (quick-connect fitting connection: simply push the knurled sleeve backward and then push the fitting inward to flatten it).
Power Connection
First, ensure the power supply voltage matches the specifications on the label. The connection to the fixed power supply used by the cleaning machine should be performed by a qualified professional and should comply with GB/T16895. If an extension cord is used, the plug and socket should be waterproof.
