Disassembly and Cleaning: Disassemble the pump body and immerse each component in a suitable cleaning solution, such as kerosene or a specialized cleaning agent. Carefully brush away dirt, impurities, and oil from the surface of the parts. For small holes and crevices, use a high-pressure spray gun to rinse, ensuring no residue remains. After cleaning, wipe dry with a clean cloth and then blow dry with compressed air.
Circulation Cleaning: Add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent to the pump's operating system and start the pump to circulate the cleaning solution within the system to remove contaminants from internal pipes and components. After circulating for a period of time, drain the cleaning solution completely and perform a second circulation rinse with clean working medium to ensure no cleaning agent residue remains in the system.
Ultrasonic Cleaning: Place the parts to be cleaned into the cleaning tank of an ultrasonic cleaner and add cleaning solution. The high-frequency vibrations generated by ultrasound create a cavitation effect in the cleaning solution, effectively removing dirt from the surface of the parts.
